At Smithey Ironware, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our cookware and want you to be completely satisfied with your heirloom-quality pieces. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the cast iron or carbon steel items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your unused cookware in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our forge team inspects the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a small restocking fee.
